As it seems, some groups of artisans don't like mingling with other groups all the time in the hall. To solve that, any guild can create its own hall where its money can be stored and its accounting kept in order. Keep in mind that a leader that builds a hall will be open to some critics, so let's say that the Hall of the Impartial won't be so happy with your "partiality".

And talking about accounting, the schools were visited, the stores and even our beloved Priests and bat Slayers. Everything was a mess. The accountants seem to have overworked late at night to guarantee that things are less of a mess right now.
