Backstory:
Arriving in a new city after traveling from the Colorado mountains razvan was a bit apprehensive at first because the mountains were all he knew so life in the city was alien to him, letting to himself for the duration until he found a place to lay his head razvan would lay for what seemed hours making a list of what he wanted to accomplish while in the city maybe see if he could find a training appointment to be a instructor since he's had years of physical combat training.
Razvan actually comes from a long line of warriors and has always been eager to teach others a way of defending themselves while maintaining honor, which is something razvan values more than anything, after having spent his 35th summer in the mountains he was ready for a new view causing him to set out on this adventure.
He ponders a lot how he should act in public in the city since he knew that if he acted himself that he does with other dragons some of the citizens might get upset with him so he acts more or less broody but sometimes depending on his mood he'll act a bit goofy and giddy.
